We do not take returns on candles that have been lit. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and let us know. Very important  to keep a burning candle out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Be sure to let your candle burn 2-3 hours to achieve a full wax melt that reaches all sides of the jar to avoid tunneling. Trim wick each time before burning and throughout the burn for best results.  Enjoy!
